Hypertension or hypertension is so common today that a minumum of one in ten people aged 40 or above has high BP related problems. This is actually the pressure that blood exerts on circulation system walls. High blood pressure is the place heart works harder to function blood. Prevent Hypertension
Include in your diet plan foods of high fiber content – fruits, vegetables, pulses, cereal, rice, wheat, etc in unprocessed form are great for your heart and body.
If you doubt hypertension, avoid alcohol and tobacco. You will find however instances when very lower levels of alcohol is really valuable in lowering high blood pressure. But it’s not advisable as you can easily take ‘another’ drink.
